We have stayed at many hotels and resorts in different countries, but this was the first time we experienced something like this. Manager Wan and all the staff sincerely cared about us and paid attention to every small detail. It genuinely felt like they constantly think about how to create the best possible experience for their guests.
They shared detailed information about things to do in Langkawi, recommended great local restaurants, and even provided helpful daily life tips through WhatsApp. It was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.
The room was clean and spacious, making it very comfortable to stay in. Because the resort is located on higher ground, the view was beautiful. The swimming pool was also perfect for both adults and children to enjoy.
Breakfast was lovely, and since it is a small boutique-style resort, it never felt crowded. We were able to relax and enjoy everything at a comfortable pace.
The only minor downside is the location, but we used Grab to get around and did not experience any major inconvenience.
The warmth and kindness we received during our stay were so genuine that we even felt a little sad at check-out. We will definitely come back again.

"Stunning resort with incredible views"

I cannot recommend The Bukit Langkawi enough! This place is truly luxurious. I stayed in the Orchid Room, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. It really did look like the pictures. The gym had good facilities. The little touches, like providing a toothbrush and toothpaste, made it feel extra special. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was delicious every single morning!!
Wan and the rest of the team really made my stay unforgettable. They went above and beyond to make me feel so welcome, even surprising me with a birthday cake! They were always available on WhatsApp, offering fantastic recommendations not just for Langkawi but for all of Malaysia. You can tell they genuinely care and want you to have the best experience possible.
I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Langkawi, it felt like a home away from home.

I can't speak highly enough about the service received from both Wan & Rashid including those behind the scenes.
Comfortable and peaceful accommodation, super clean with all mod cons inc air con !.
Delicious breakfast with local dishes and some old favorites.
Swimming pool, gym and laundry service also available.
I would recommend your own vehicle to make the most of your stay.
